Hiba El Ayal is a Lebanese lady born in UAE. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She has diversified experience in different multinational corporate companies is passionate about Education and its role in self-development, so she crossed continents to follow her passion in Education and Speaking. She is a graduate of ‘Unleash the Power Within 2017’, which is Tony Robbins’ signature event. Hiba decided to contribute to this world by creating a system that is a step-by-step guide to inspire them to live a life full of meaning and passion. She joined Andy Harrington’s Professional Speakers’ Academy 2017 and got certified as a professional public speaker. Hiba shared stages with her personal coach, Jean-Pierre De Villiers, and worked with the Ministry of Education. She also inspired entrepreneurs at Arab Innovation Congress 2018.
